Hello, renters! I am a Fairfax native that owns a home that is exactly 1.3 miles away from GMU\'s Fairfax Campus at 5213 Ashcroft Ct. Fairfax, VA 22032. I am an administrator of a local private school with a small puppy (toypoodle/bichon mix). The home is currently occupied with 1 female GMU undergrad student and myself in the master bedroom. None of us are smokers, and we keep our living space very clean. We are looking for two roommates to fill the two, fully furnished bedrooms which are located next to each other. You are welcome to bring/purchase your own furniture to use as well. You will also have full access to kitchen and the entertainment system in the basement living room. No preference on gender or occupation. All are welcome. There is no minimum duration of stay, but I renew with all of my tenants in June of every year. I also would like to mention that I am a Korean-American that likes to cook from home a lot.
